By purchasing any products or services from Heart for Art, you agree to us collecting your information. We'll only use your details to give you information or updates about your purchase or bookings so we can make sure you have the best possible experience with us.

All your personal information is stored securely and wont be shared, sold or exchanged with anyone, ever.

If you've joined our mailing list, or signed up for any free tutorial, workshop or waitlist, you agree we can send you news about our business, special offers, events, courses and information we think you'll be interested in.

We'll make sure everything we send you is helpful or informative so it guides you on your creative journey. If it's just not for you though, you can revoke your consent to receive emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or if you want to access or update your contact details, just get in touch to let us know.

Our website is a secure site hosted by Shopify. All payments are processed via their secure Stripe banking system so we don't keep your credit card details.

By completing the check out process, or the registration process, for any of our in person or online events, you confirm that Heart for Art can take photos of you at any Heart for Art event and can use and/or publish those photos, and any you post to any Heart for Art social media page or group, in print or electronically for any lawful purpose including publicity, advertising and on our website. If you don't want your picture taken/used for these purposes, please let us know. We want to respect your privacy so will do our best not to include you in the pics or crop you out before we post them anywhere.
